How your order is delivered

Once payment has been received your order will be dispatched within 1-4 days, on business working days via Australia Post and should be received within 3-7 working days. New Zealand customers, please allow 14 working days. These delivery times are just a guideline as Australia Post delivery timeframes are totally out of our control.


Electronic Communication

When you place an order with Diamante, Glitter & Lace you are required to provide a valid e-mail address which we will communicate with you, if needed regarding the order. In the unlikely event we can not supply your order then we will notify you via e-mail and a full refund will be processed immediately.


Which countries do you deliver to?

We deliver domestically Australia wide and internationally to New Zealand. All prices can only be shown in Australian dollars. If you pay by credit card you will be charged in AUD.


Goods and services tax

Diamante, Glitter & Lace collects and remits GST and complies with all Australian laws.





It is the responsibility of the customers to inform Diamante, Glitter & Lace if an order does not arrive. Once we determine your order has not arrived we will lodge an enquiry. Diamante, Glitter & Lace will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from delivery.


Please note that if an item has been lost in transit a replacement item will not be dispatched until a full investigation has been completed.


Product / photograph displays

Diamante, Glitter & Lace attempts to display the goods as accurately as possible. Due to many factors including colouring varying from screen to screen and from screen to printer, Diamante, Glitter & Lace cannot guarantee that the colours in the product you receive will 100% match the colours you see on our website.


Product information

Diamante, Glitter & Lace makes every effort to ensure that the most accurate information is displayed with our products. In the event that we find an error in the description or a fault with the garment prior to dispatch you may choose to accept the corrected information or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order Diamante, Glitter & Lace will issue you a full refund


Exchanges & Refunds


All Diamante, Glitter & Lace products are produced once your order has been placed.

All products are hand made In-House at the Diamante, Glitter & Lace Studio, with perfection in quality within every piece produced. Therefor, there is a NO REFUND/EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT POLICY unless the garment is deemed faulty. If the product is faulty it must be:


  • In Its original packaging with all tags still intact and attached to the garment.

  • Unworn, undamaged and unwashed.

  • Returned to the Diamante, Glitter & Lace  within 7 days to be eligible for a refund. Returns after this time frame will not be accepted.

  • If a refund is approved, it will be applied via your original payment method.

  • Return shipping must be prepaid and traceable, to ensure its whereabouts and safe arrival.

  • Returns shipping is not refundable.

  • Diamante, Glitter & Lace takes no responsibility for missing incoming/outgoing shipping and deliveries.


Individual Leotards/Costumes For Sale:

Either Brand New or Second Hand   

Please note, Individual Leotards/Costumes for sale ARE FINAL and are not eligible to be returned/exchanged. Make sure to check the description and photos provided before purchasing. In the unlikely event that items are found to be faulty a refund may be provided subject to inspection/approval on return of the item.
